Privacy Policy

Agreely is a mobile-first app for creating informal agreement records and collecting electronic signatures. Agreely is operated by NovaPars Teknoloji (“Agreely”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for cross-app advertising or tracking.

Agreely is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Documents created with Agreely are informal records, not legal contracts.

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account information. Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you create an account or sign in with Google or Apple.
• Agreement content. The details you enter into an agreement — which, depending on the template, can include a property or service address and amounts such as a fee, rent, or loan — your signature, whether you type it or draw it, and audit-trail metadata (device type, operating system, and timestamps) captured when an agreement is created or signed.
• Identifiers. An account ID and device identifiers (including a push-notification token) used to operate the app and deliver notifications.
• Purchases. Your subscription status. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never see or store your card or bank details. Subscription state is managed through RevenueCat.
• Usage data. In-app analytics events (such as screens viewed and actions taken) used to understand and improve the app.
• Diagnostics. Crash logs that help us find and fix problems.

When someone opens a signing link in a web browser to review and sign an agreement, we record their IP address (captured on our server), browser/device information, and a timestamp as part of the signing audit trail.

• Provide the service. Create, store, render, and share your agreements; generate PDFs; deliver signing links; and authenticate you.
• Maintain a signing audit trail. Record who signed, when, and from what device to support the integrity of an agreement.
• Improve the app. Understand how features are used (analytics) and diagnose crashes.
• Protect the service. Prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce limits and security.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

We share data only with the providers that help us run Agreely, each acting as a processor under its own privacy terms:

• Google Firebase. Authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and abuse protection (App Check).
• RevenueCat. Subscription management.
• Apple & Google. In-app purchase and payment processing.
• Resend. Sending agreement and signing-link emails.
• Anthropic. Generating a draft agreement from what you write, and only when you use Draft with AI.
• Have I Been Pwned. Checking, when you set a password, whether it has appeared in a known data breach. We send only a partial, irreversible hash prefix (k-anonymity) — your actual password never leaves your device.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. Distinguishing human requests from automated abuse on our public account-deletion request page.

Draft with AI is optional. If you use it, the text you write — and nothing else from your account — is sent to Anthropic to produce a draft, which you then review and edit before anything is saved. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, that text is not used to train their models. If you never open Draft with AI, nothing of yours ever reaches them.

We also share an agreement with the counterparty you choose to send it to. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

We keep your account and agreements while your account is active. You can delete individual agreements in the app, and you can delete your account and associated data at any time — from this website, or in the app under Profile → Delete Account. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Agreements you have already signed remain available to the other party after you delete your account, including your name and signature as they appear on those documents. A signed agreement is a mutual legal record; we cannot remove it from someone else's copy.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted by authentication, server-side authorization rules, and app attestation (App Check). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry practices.

You can access and update your profile in the app, delete agreements, and turn notifications on or off. You can delete your account without installing the app. To access or correct your personal data, contact us at support@getagreely.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Agreely is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Agreely is operated from, and your data is processed and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in, the United States. By using Agreely you understand your information may be processed there.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
