Delete your account

You can delete your Agreely account and its data from this page — no app required. Enter the email address on the account and we'll send you a confirmation link. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.

We'll email a one-time link. You'll see exactly what will be deleted before anything happens.

Deleted permanently

  • Your profile: name, email, phone number and state
  • Your saved signature
  • Agreements you created but never sent to anyone
  • Your notifications
  • Your Agreely login

Kept, and why

Agreements you already sent or signed stay available to the other party — including your name and signature as they appear on those documents. A signed agreement is a legal record between two people; we can't remove it from someone else's copy.

Agreements you sent but nobody signed are cancelled, and their signing links stop working immediately.

Your subscription is not cancelled

Deleting your Agreely account does not stop billing. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it separately in the App Store or on Google Play.

How long it takes

Deletion happens immediately when you confirm. The confirmation link expires after one hour and can be used once.

You can also delete your account from inside Agreely: Profile → Delete Account. Same result, same immediacy.
